Join yoga and meditation teacher Katie Hill (www.katie-hill.com) for this Women’s New Year Retreat, 5 amazing days of yoga, meditation, peace and relaxation on the jungle shore of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Nestled between a white-sand beach and the mountains, on a 10-acre property only accessible by boat, resides the eco-chic retreat center called Xinalani (pronounced “shee-nah- lah- knee”).
Treat yourself to 7 heavenly days and 6 nights for a deeply soulful and healing retreat. This retreat is for women to take time from the craziness of everyday life to remember what is really important in life. Connection. Desire. Laughter. Love. You’ll enjoy two soulful and grounding yoga practices each day, plus an opportunity to welcome the New Year with an exploration of your core desires as we work through Danielle LaPorte’s Desire Map Workshop. You’ll have plenty of free time to explore the hiking trails, surf, stand-up paddle board, kayak, and walk on the beach. You decide how much time you want to rest and restore, and how much you want to socialize with a margarita at the bar.

About the Teacher
Katie is a happy yoga teacher and life-long yoga and meditation student. Having been introduced to the practice at the ripe age of 13 as a way to cope with a rather fiery adolescence, Katie has been dedicated to yoga and meditation for 27 years. In 2006 she received her 200-hour teachers certificate from Living Yoga Program in Austin, TX.
She has studied with many amazing master teachers, and blends the best of her favorite styles into a grounded earthy vinyasa flow practice that is calming and life-affirming. Katie believes that every person can do yoga and can benefit from the life-changing practice, regardless of the state of their physical body or their current beliefs about their abilities. Her style incorporates grace, humor, acceptance, and mindfulness.
