Join us for a week-long vinyasa yoga retreat to deepen your practice, disconnect from daily life and enjoy seven whole days for yourself. You will finish this retreat feeling alive, relaxed and refreshed! Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean and the smell of fresh, clean air. Enjoy the closeness of nature, seeing the ocean at every turn, delicious food and lots of great yoga.
Each day you will enjoy two vinyasa yoga classes taught by Martin Scott and Khristine Jones (one morning & one late afternoon), freshly prepared organic meals and plenty of free time to relax, unwind and leave behind the grind of your daily life.
Xinalani has a private beach, spa services and organized activities such as jungle hikes, horseback riding or whale watching. You can also enjoy a moonlit walk on the beach and wiggle your toes in the phosphorescent sand. They also have kayaks and surfboards!!

About the Teachers
Martin – I teach a vinyasa based yoga practice that focuses on health and wellness for the body and the mind. My gentle and attentive teaching style is accessible to students of all levels. I’ve studied extensively with Sri Dharma Mittra and I believe that even though we work hard on the mat, we still need to have fun when doing it! When you’re happy and healthy, anything is possible and it all starts on a mat.
Khristine – Yoga is so much more than just the asana practice. Yoga gives me a way to take care of myself spiritually, emotionally and physically. My classes create a space that is supportive where you can be yourself. My classes are rooted in Ashtanga with the tristana method of breath, bandha and drishti. I am grateful for the refuge the practice provides to my students and me. It is a way to recharge and connect and to be of better service in the world.
