con Carly CarneyEl Retiro de Yoga y Meditación para Mujeres será impartido en inglés. A continuación la descripción redactada por el líder o maestro de yoga
Join Carly Carney for a special weeklong Women’s Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Mexico that will deeply nourish and restore your mind and body as you escape the end of winter and prepare your body for spring’s arrival.
Xinalani (shee-nah-lah-nee) Retreat Center is a beachfront property set among the trees of the jungle nestled between a white sandy beach and the mountains. It is located 30 minutes by boat from Puerto Vallarta where you will find a place to relax and unwind. Xinalani is a sanctuary for the soul.
Carly will offer two daily yoga and meditation classes in an open air studio overlooking the ocean. At the beginning of the week classes will focus on unwinding the body from the impact everyday life has on the mind and body. Classes will progressively build into more energizing sequences as the week unfolds.
Each day there will be plenty of leisure time to hike, sway in a hammock, whale watch, paddle board, and surf or get a spa treatment. The evening will be open to enjoy the sunset.

About the Teacher
Carly’s passion for yoga and meditation began in her early twenties. It evolved from her desire to live and relate to life genuinely, authentically, and peacefully. Her teaching is intuitively guided by the impact our outer life has on our inner experience. Her classes cultivate an inner understanding, balance and harmony in mind and body. Carly completed her formal Hatha Yoga training in 2003 under the guidance of Suddha Weixler of the Chicago Yoga Center. She is certified in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers of Insight Yoga and in Levels 1 through 3 of Focusing, as well as works intensively in the Internal Family Systems model. She is also a meditation student of Jennifer and John Welwood, who integrate western style psychological inquiry within the framework of spiritual practice. Carly has been teaching yoga since 2003 and has increasingly integrated meditation along the way. She founded the Beverly Yoga Center in 2006 and lives in Chicago with her husband and two children. She continues to teach yoga and meditation classes, lead retreats, and speak locally about cultivating and living a peaceful and happy life.
