Join us for an unforgettable multidimensional yoga adventure, finding balance between movement and rest in an inspiring and supportive environment.

Free the physical body with Fascia-focused Vinyasa flows, intuitive somatic movement, and targeted Myofascial Release techniques (MFR). Through the lens of the fascia that connects and separates everything in the body, flow from a space of compassion and allowing, releasing long-held tensions and unkind “stuck” emotions.

Free the subtle, energetic body through Chakra-focused pranayama, Yoga Nidra (the psychic/yogic sleep), and Sound Baths, ultimately unlocking your true spirit and your potential for positive change.

In addition to two meticulously crafted classes per day, there will be optional arm balance & inversion workshops, as well as opportunities for guided reflection and journaling.

Cultivating simplicity of mind and emotions can be a refreshing change from the complicated, noisy world we live in. Through practice, adventure, rest, reflection, nutritious meals, play and supportive community, we will unwind the body, mind and spirit together to cultivate clarity, leaving you physically and emotionally light.

About The Teacher

Anna Lindstrom

Vinyasa, Fascia, Nidra

Anna is an advanced-level teacher known for her creative sequencing, space for self-expression, and physical and emotional release. Her continued curiosity about the human body/mind experience, the joy of fully engaging with her students, and meeting people where they are, creates the space to open up to a fully rounded experience within the practice. Her philosophy is that yoga is never about the pose, but about creating sensations in the body to act as tools for self reflection, knowing, and to build a foundation for longevity, independence, balance, and joy!
