Amrita Yoga Retreat
with Ryan Kelly & Laura Leventhal
Taste the blissful nectar of Amrita Yoga Retreat during a magical and transformative week exploring the principles of Abhyasa and Vairagya — the acts of earnest effort coupled with the practice of detachment to a specific desired outcome.
These seven days of yogic practices will leave you steeped in asana, pranayama, meditation, darshan, and yoga nidra, designed in the understanding of vinyasa krama; a wise progression of sequencing.
Open to a physical, spiritual and energetic journey that will ignite a greater understanding of self. Return home illuminated and inspired with new tools to help you sustain a fulfilling personal practice on and off of the mat. This retreat is perfect for anyone wishing to delve deeper into their self-understanding or to simply step out of the flow of their everyday and mindfully refresh.
