She has since completed over 1000 hours of Teacher Training, including a 500 hour Certfication in Bhakti Flow from Rusty Wells in San Francisco. Leila also has studied and practiced extensively with Stephanie Snyder, and is guided musically by the divine musician, Wah!.

She has made Yoga for Artist videos for Academy of Art University, which can be found on her website. Leila has had the honor of assisting Rusty Wells in his classes and served as a Mentor/Advisor in his Teacher Training. She has had the privilege of assisting Stephanie Snyder. Leila served also as Lead Assistant to Yoga Teacher and Author Darren Main, for a weekly donation-based yoga class held at iconic Grace Cathedral. She has had the honor of leading Sun Salutations for Rise Yoga for Youth’s First, Second, & Third annual Yogathon Fundraiser, a non-profit organization that brings yoga into high schools for underserved teens. Leila leads yoga workshops locally in SF and is also the creator of SING PRAY LOVE, a donation-based Kirtan event she leads, sharing the joy of Bhakti Yoga.
Leila’s yoga is an empowering physical, mental, and spiritual practice. Her Vinyasa Flow class is fun-filled, joyful, challenging, and from the heart. It is designed to peel away layers of what is covering the truth inside, so that practitioners leave feeling more connected, more happy, more alive, and more fully aligned with their life’s purpose. Her classes flow naturally from the heart, and are very grounded in alignment, cultivating a trust the natural intelligence of the body and breath. She weaves yogic philosophy in and out of the asana practice, so that yoga can be taken off the mat and into daily life. She believes that yoga is the most effective practice for self-discovery, love, compassion, acceptance, health, happiness, and peace. More about Leila can be found at www.leilaswenson.com
