Whether you are looking for a tranquil getaway, an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, or some quiet time for introspection, our Life Pages Yoga Retreat will give you tools, techniques and ample time in a magnificent setting to explore your life’s purpose and your most heartfelt desires. Join us in tropical splendor on our 8-day yoga retreat to Xinalani in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
From the moment the boat delivers you to Xinalani, Yoga Retreat in Mexico, until the moment you board it for your return, you will not have a care in the world. Your needs will be met by the attentive staff at Xinalani, and your trip leader will attend to any other details. Your gorgeous “eco-chic” accommodations include three healthy, gourmet meals with fresh squeezed juices every day. We will use daily meditations, asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath work) in two yoga classes each day, and creative journaling every afternoon to help you establish the flow for what you wish to manifest in your life.
Upon your arrival at Xinalani, you will receive a beautiful keepsake journal in which to explore your thoughts, celebrate your desires and find clarity for your purpose in this life. Journaling sessions will be guided to help you flush out all dimensions of your desires. Write, paste photos and magazine clippings, draw, doodle and express yourself to create a meaningful journal that reflects your heart’s desires. Your means of expression will be as unique as you are.
A “Typical” Day on Our Life Pages Yoga Retreat
7:00 am »Awaken to the sound of the surf and cool breezes. Coffee and light snack served
7:15-7:45 am »Meditation session in one of three studios nestled in the jungle
8:00-9:15 am »Yoga flow with a Xinalani yoga instructor
9:15-11 am »Breakfast and free time (perhaps a massage, walk on the beach, quiet time in your room, or a trip across the bay for shopping and exploring will be of interest)
1:30-3:00 pm »Lunch and free time
4:00-5:15 pm »Vinyasa with Mindi
5:15-7:00 pm »Life Pages: brief meditation followed by creative journaling
7:30-9:00 pm »Plated dinner
9:00 pm »Socializing. Cold drinks (non-alcohol and alcohol) available in the terrace bar
Please note: This is your retreat. You are welcome to participate in as many or as few activities as you would like. We respect how you wish to spend your time.
Airfare and gratuities are not included in your room rate.
$500 non-refundable deposit required.
50% due by July 1.

About the Teacher
Mindi is the owner of Main Street Yoga and two Peace Through Yoga studios in Indiana, she found her way to yoga 25 years ago via running and cycling. What began as an athletic endeavor evolved into a deeply spiritual, expressive practice. She is a 200 Hour RYT certified instructor through Yoga Alliance.
Mindi is a former Senior Vice President of a large not-for-profit community organization. Her 13+ years in a high-pressure, visible position affords her a unique perspective on establishing a work-life balance, and on finding a practical-spiritual balance in daily living. Her teaching style draws from this experience. It is a blend of tenderness and compassion with the occasional nudge to explore beyond the comfort zone. She balances attention to alignment with sensitivity to people of all backgrounds and skill levels.
Students describe Mindi as approachable, patient and inspiring. Through the technique of Life Pages journaling, Mindi found that her life’s purpose is to encourage others to deepen their awareness and experience the fullness of life. On the mat, through meditation and journaling, in conversation and with humor, Mindi inspires students to align themselves with their higher Self and to achieve their greatest potential.
