Live. Love. Yoga
with Jenny Kaufman & Jessica Sandstrom
Join us for a week in paradise when we return to Xinalani for the 5th year. An unforgettable yoga vacation….everyday will include options for vinyasa flow and functional movement at multiple levels, restorative practices, and meditation in a magical landscape. We consider ourselves lifelong students of the body and are consistently seeking ways to explore yoga in the most effective, safe, and positive way possible. We are adept at teaching vinyasa style yoga (breath centered movement), therapeutic and restorative yoga, and use yoga to encourage greater connection with ourselves and our potential. Opportunities to explore the land and sea, incredible food and great company. Because we welcome and honor yoga practitioners of all levels, our retreats are the perfect solution for couples or groups of friends who might be nervous about the level of yoga offered. Our main goal is to build community and have fun.

About the Teachers
Practices yoga, teaches yoga, and does her best to be a good person. She has found yoga to be a gift for both her mind and body for the past 20 years. Her personal practice involves a ton of lying on the floor experimenting with bolsters, straps, and blankets. She is never happier than while teaching, especially in a retreat setting, where we can disconnect with our incredibly busy lives and re-connect with our own incredible selves. She is the Chicago Program Manager for Yoga Six Studios and manages and leads advanced trainings for yoga teachers all over the Midwest. You can learn more about Jenny at: www.jennykaufmanyoga.com
Jess is a lover of all things that involve movement and sunshine. She believes that in order to keep your body healthy, strong, and moving throughout your lifetime – a consistent yoga practice is an integral component. She is a Licensed EMT and is studying to become a Physician’s Assistant. Jessica loves to travel, eat well and be active…so she is incredibly happy and at home teaching at Xinalani. The retreat setting offers us all time to get to know our own selves better and it is incredibly rewarding experience as both a teacher and a student.
