with Dr. Deborah Kern
Most women are living life cut off from their true essence, exhausting themselves as they try every kind of exercise and diet regime to feel healthy, energized, sexy, sensual and feminine. Cut off from their true power, they are running on fumes – feeling cranky, overwhelmed and tired.
There is a power that lies dormant inside of you with the capacity to wake you up and fuel your bliss. It is the divine feminine life force called shakti. Why is it dormant? Because it has been misunderstood and maligned for thousands of years. But the time has come to reclaim your power, and Dr. Deb can help you do that.
are you ready?
then join Dr. Deb Kern as she shares wisdom not found in books, for a magical week in the healing energies of the Pacific Ocean.
Your week will include morning yoga classes, afternoon Prana Shakti dance (or other special classes), initiation into the Divine Feminine Energy, teachings on Sacred Sensuality, Ayurveda (yoga’s sister science), creating sacred space in your home, an evening fire ceremony, and more.
Be in community with like-minded sister goddesses for a week and witness what transformation can occur!
Join us at the award winning Xinalani eco-resort and a leading center for yoga retreats in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico that brings together the best yoga facilities, beautiful eco-chic accommodations, delicious healthy food and a supportive staff to make your dream retreat come true, all set on a wide pristine beach and a jungle of breathtaking natural beauty.

The eco build construction method of Xinalani (which means “seeds” in pre-hispanic language) was extremely organic. No concrete, no land modification. They never cut a single tree, and hardly pruned any branches. All guests are provided with high-end eco-friendly soaps and shampoo. Toilets are low-flow, and all water is recycled and used to irrigate our gardens. They use natural and biodegradable cleaning products, we recycle, and compost whenever possible in an attempt to minimize environmental impact.
The property is built into the hillside, so please know there are many steps to various parts of the property. Please speak with us before enrolling if you have mobility issues.
Xinalani offers healthful cuisine with some seafood and chicken. They also offer vegan and gluten free options. A full spa is on the property and various excursions are available including ziplining, scuba diving, Stand up paddleboard and surf lessons. Complementary sea kayaks and snorkel gear are available for our use.
