Immerse yourself in the healing and transformative energy of yoga, meditation and yoga nidra. Relax on the beach, explore local culture, eat healthy food, and enjoy the company of like-hearted people. Each day you will be guided on an exploration of yourself; body, mind and spirit. This week long retreat is carefully designed for you to let go, release physical and emotional blocks, and return feeling rejuvenated, whole, vibrant and renewed.

About the Teachers

is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, with 500 hour Certified advanced teacher training from the Amrit yoga institute where she also studied the “forgotten art” of Yoga Nidra. She completed her Kundalini teacher training in 2010 with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. She is also a certified Traditional Thai Yoga body worker, practicing since 2004 and continuing that exploration by studying that healing art with diverse teachers from around the world.
RYT, began practicing yoga twenty years ago, and has been sharing it ever since. He received his initial teaching certification from the Kripalu School of Yoga, and has advanced certifications in Thai, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. He received his BA and MBA from Boston University; and spent two decades as a participant and coach of high performance athletes. He continues to work with individuals and organizations to improve their programs, enhance their communities, and deliver high quality programs and services. Greg practices and teaches Hatha and Kundalini yoga, as well as different forms of meditation and Thai yoga bodywork. His intention is to heal and release the blocks that keep us stuck and in our patterns of suffering. His classes raise energy and awareness, strengthen the body, and enhance the immune, circulatory, glandular, and nervous systems. Greg’s intention is to inspire others to live in harmony with change, and create peace, abundance and love in our lives.
is a Senior Teacher of the Yoga Nidra professional training at the Amrit Yoga institute. A graduate of the highly acclaimed Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing, his lifelong education in the field of holistic healthcare includes a BA in human development, the study of Applied Kinesiology at the Kinesiology Institute, and programs in CranioSacral and SomatoEmotional Release Therapy at John Upledger’s Upledger Institute International. With a strong background in anatomy, functional movement and body mechanics, his private bodywork, yoga, and pilates practice has been thriving in Los Angeles for twenty years.
