Each day you will enjoy two vinyasa yoga classes taught by Martin Scott and Khristine Jones (one morning & one late afternoon), freshly prepared organic meals and plenty of free time to relax, unwind and leave behind the grind of your daily life.

About the Teachers
Martin – I teach a vinyasa based yoga practice that focuses on health and wellness for the body and the mind. My gentle and attentive teaching style is accessible to students of all levels. I’ve studied extensively with Sri Dharma Mittra and I believe that even though we work hard on the mat, we still need to have fun when doing it! When you’re happy and healthy, anything is possible and it all starts on a mat.
Khristine – Yoga is so much more than just the asana practice. Yoga gives me a way to take care of myself spiritually, emotionally and physically. My classes create a space that is supportive where you can be yourself. My classes are rooted in Ashtanga with the tristana method of breath, bandha and drishti. I am grateful for the refuge the practice provides to my students and me. It is a way to recharge and connect and to be of better service in the world.
