Yoga In Paradise
with Suzanne Morgan
Join us for a 7 night/8 day yoga retreat in paradise on April 25-May 2, 2015. This retreat Yoga In Paradise will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Held at the luxurious Xinalani Retreat Center located on the south shore of Banderas Bay, near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Xinalani is built on the unspoiled jungle with a beautiful, pristine beach. It’s only accessible by boat, so be prepared to get your feet wet as you step out of the boat and onto this secluded, private eco-resort. We’ve made travel super easy. We will meet at the Puerto Vallarta airport and will have a private shuttle take us directly to the dock and then take a private boat ride to Xinalani. The retreat center is 12 miles south of Puerto Vallarta Airport. Important for us yogis, this an eco-resort – meaning that it combines luxury with the most thoughtful care for the environment.
Our yoga retreat, Yoga in Paradise with Suzanne Morgan, will focus on incorporating the wisdom and beauty of nature to lead us to better health, prosperity and peace of mind.
All are welcome, beginner to advanced yogis. One of my strengths is teaching groups of all levels. If you have any questions about your abilities or whether it’s the right fit for you, please call (703) 626-8349 or email me at [email protected].
In 2015, I’ll have specific classes tailored for yoga teachers on teaching with authenticity and creating your unique brand as a yoga teacher. These classes are designed to help you prosper as a yoga teacher.
Now let’s just say upfront, we like to have fun! Yoga isn’t meant to be a rigid discipline. It’s always experiential, which means you can’t really learn it from reading a book or a Yoga journal. It’s about discovery – self-discovery. Suzanne Morgan takes a playful, but skilled approach in her classes and encourages students to “be well”, not necessarily to “do well” or get it right. Yoga novices as well as yoga teachers will benefit from this retreat. We welcome all. Your experience in the daily classes and meditations will be uplifting and enlightening, but never judgmental.
Most people are searching for a better way to live. The American culture and lifestyle offers us both an abundance of opportunities as well as the challenge of cluttered minds, stressed bodies and overwhelmed spirits. It’s easy to fall into the addiction of being busy. The distractions keep us away from what is most important to us. It’s business as usual. Weeks, months, years fly by and yet we keep living for tomorrow – never fully experiencing today.
Suzanne teaches yoga’s simple, elegant, effective tools to help people find some space in their life. Yoga can truly help you find more time for the things that are important to you and help you live an authentic life. This retreat will help you reconnect with your body, tame your mind and let your spirit soar. These are practical solutions to help those who suffer from illness and pain, stress or a mind that won’t seem to quiet. It’s a passionate playground where awareness, inspired action and wellness skip hand-in-hand. Come and join her on the playground. You’ll laugh – Suzanne promises!
