Alongside Yoga classes (Hatha Flow, Yin, Restorative), Pranayama, Chanting and Meditation, we will explore various concepts of Yoga Philosophy like the Yamas, Niyamas and Chakras. Through carefully planned activities, we will play and tap into our innate creativity.
The lush natural surroundings will invite you to slow down, rest, and appreciate beauty everywhere. There will be plenty of time for quiet introspection.
This retreat is designed to help you re-center and remember what is important to you so you can feel empowered to live a purposeful life and manifest your most heartfelt desires.

About the teacher

Awaken to Lila

Carolina Carvalho

Carolina started practicing Yoga in 2000 while still living in Brazil. She became a certified Yoga teacher in Toronto in 2008 and since then has been working with individuals of all walks of life, helping them achieve optimal health and well-being. Carolina sees yoga as a lifestyle and a philosophy meant to inform everything we do, a method for self improvement and a way to live a purposeful life, making an impact in the world. Carolina has travelled the world extensively to study with renowned teachers and has been deeply influenced by Marcia de Lucca (Brazil), Hali Swartz, Felicia Pavlovic, Jeannine Woodall and Christine Reeves (Canada).

Our days will start with meditation, pranayama and an all levels hatha flow practice. We will nourish our bodies with clean, deliciou foods. There will be plenty of time to rest, swim in the ocean, kayak, read, enjoy a massage and chill. (optional excursions can be arranged upon arrival) Fun game-like activities will encourage playfulness and creativity. We suggest that retreat participants take a ‘cleanse approach’ to these days and avoid alcohol, sugar and other foods that tend to cause inflammation. We want you to feel clear, light, happy, healthy and free. Every day will close with a group dinner and we suggest 10pmish bed time for all.
