Teshia Maher

Teshia embraces her role as a Yoga and Nutrition teacher with a selfless passion. She sees great potential and beauty in everyone that comes to her class or for Nutrition help, and she celebrates the opportunity to lead them on their personal journey of self-discovery. Teshia has been teaching yoga for 12 years, nutrition for 10 years, the 2011 eastern Canadian Yoga champion, as well as the Yoga Host for Body Rock T.V. Teshia’s focus now is on retreats, and you can count on an incredible week of fun with this free-spirited yoga woman.

A DAY IN YOUR YOGA RETREAT

While a more detailed schedule will be sent closer to the retreat date, there will be an evening class on the day of arrival, a morning class on the day of departure, and morning and evening classes on the other days. Lots of free time to relax, get a massage, frolic in the warm ocean water, or take part in one of the many optional excursions.
