CAN I GET A REFUND?

Cancellations made 16 days or more before check-in will be allowed to re-schedule their reservation within the following 12 months from the cancellation notice, a $65 processing fee applies to all cancelations or modifications. No re-schedule is possible if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less in advance or on arrival day, or if the client does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.

*** Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for group retreats), please contact the group organizer for more information.

** No cancelation or credit is given for special promotions.

DO YOU TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS?
No Amex, sorry. Only Visa, Mastercard or Discover

WHAT KIND OF MONEY SHOULD WE BRING?
We accept either US Dollars or Mexican Pesos (MXN) in cash. You can exchange money at Xinalani but there are no ATMs on property or nearby. We also accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover but no American Express.

Due to spotty cell service, credit card terminals on property are often slow and unreliable.
