This retreat is exactly what you are looking for… Tropical in the jungle away from crowds, nestled in nature. The retreat center is safe, open concept, beautiful, and best of all family run. I have been here twice on retreat myself and it is amazing. It is the perfect way to recharge, unwind, reconnect. We have our own private beach, charming bungalows, and the most beautiful yoga studio. The perfect mixture of off the grid and luxury.

What you can expect daily: Mexico retreat

2 meditations – lead by myself -Focus your mind, calm your body, and center yourself.
2 yoga classes – lead by myself – Move, and practice yoga, cleans the body. Feeling more and more at home in your own skin.
3 full meals and 1 snack – the meals here are next level. Filling, amazing, fresh, and best of all so nourishing and healthy. You will feel amazing!
1 deeper self study session – We will have time to explore deeper topics noticing our patterns and where and why we are stuck in the same habits.
Everything is optional, you can rest and relax option in or out of as much as you like.

This week is about you, for you. I am here to host a time for you to connect back to yourself, solo, with a friend, a partner. This is the exact thing you need, a conscious getaway. We will take the best of care of you. From the moment you step off the plane in Mexico you will be guided and taken care of. Whether you are well traveled or new to this we have got you. You will be guided the boat that will bring you to the center and will care for you in all the same way on your way home. Once you arrive you have nothing to worry about. You can take some well needed and deserved you time! I am so eager to bring you to this glorious place and offer you; amazing yoga, delicious food, beautiful beaches, maybe a tequila or two, and some chips and salsa~

About the teacher

Chelsea Ray

Chelsea had just finished her Psychology degree when she took her first yoga teacher training in 2012. Since then she has completed over 1500 hrs of yoga training. Specializing in yoga for therapeutics, yoga for pain, yoga for anxiety & health, kid’s yoga, and meditation.
Chelsea has taught in drug/ alcohol recovery centers, at brain injury clinics, in yoga studios, and works with sports teams and athletes.
Chelsea had deep respect for this practice from the first time she stepped onto the mat, but when she suddenly lost her fiancé in August 2015 her yoga practice took on a far deeper role in her life, and her teaching has become more convicted.
She aims to guide people on the mat in ways that extend far into their lives off the mat. Leading large community classes to small groups, to private one-on-one sessions; spend some time with Chelsea to get closer to yourself.
