Join us for 6 days/6 nights in absolute paradise. We will begin with an informal ceremony to set a Sankalpa, an intention formed by heart, that we spend the week tending to. Each full day will include morning Yoga Flow, evening Yin & Yoga Nidra, 3+ meals, and an array of amazing activities. You design your day depending on your intentions, be it pure relaxation or adventure.

A devoted student and teacher of flow, Meghan discovered yoga in 2000 after injuring her spine. She became a self-taught student of Yoga to grow stronger and heal her body and soon embraced the yogini lifestyle wholeheartedly. Through grace and inspiration, Meg brings to the mat seamless sequences with her own blend of foundational principles, ritual, and prayer to find inner guidance and heal. Beyond teaching Yoga, Meghan is a student of 5 Element Acupuncture & the creator/director of Soul Tree Yoga in Lafayette, CO.  She enjoys being in nature, being a mom, friend, lover and exploring all this life has to offer.

Marin McCallen

Marin McCallen (500 ERYT) is a life-long student and natural teacher. Her deep enthusiasm for sharing the knowledge and benefits of yoga shines through in all of her offerings. Marin’s own practice was a transforming force in her life, leading to deeper self-insight, increasingly healthy habits, and strength in body and purpose. Her evolution into teacher enforced her believe in yoga as a healing practice as she witnessed similar shifts in her students again and again. She continues to remain a student, always expanding her studies, and now trained in many different modalities including vinyasa flow, yoga nidra, yin & restorative yoga.

Marin approaches her teachings with reverence for the wisdom and tradition of yoga and with light-hearted humor and enjoyment of life. She embodies the natural curiosity of a traveler, and exudes a willingness of heart. Her teaching style is articulate, enthusiastic, present, grounding, and empowering.

A Day In Your Yoga Retreat

Your morning can begin with a silent meditation on the beach, followed by coffee, tea & fruit. Then, Yoga Flow class, taught by Meghan, nourishes both your physical and subtle body as she guides us on a journey through bringing balance to the chakras. After flow, enjoy a delicious breakfast and then free time until lunch. After lunch, hit the beach again or siesta… The real magic begins in the evening when we meet for Yin &Yoga Nidra class with Marin. Then, enjoy a healthy and wonderful dinner with friends, perhaps tea or a glass of wine as we enjoy the sunset.
