We are so excited to host this retreat! I (Chelsea) am yoga and Mike is fitness. We both like to have fun and are great friends. I was talking about leading a yoga retreat and Mike wanted to lead a fitness retreat and so… Stay Fit and Have Fun came to be. The best of both! The vacation that won’t throw you off track. Everyone is welcome, no fitness prerequisites for this fun filled week. Everyone is welcome!!

What to expect: We will have a lot of fun, salsa night, sun, sand, beach, and dance offs. Plus; daily workouts with Mike, yoga with me, hikes, and Acro yoga with me and Mike We will have extra workshops discussing: nutrition, best training practices, making the most of your time for health. The meals here are amazing, and healthy! They will fuel you and keep you feeling good about yourself. Once you get off the plane you will be taken care of until you are back on the plane home. Nothing to worry about or look after! All in the most gorgeous accommodations. Rustic and luxurious. Off the grid, but with wifi when you need it.

Of course everything is optional. Take as few or as many classes as fits you. We cannot wait to have you come hang with us, Stay Fit and Have FUN! Wrap up 2017 as your best self. Not only will you have fun on this retreat, you will learn how to achieve your fitness goals in a way that enhances your lifestyle.

Chelsea Ray

Chelsea is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor. She has taken two 200 Hr teacher trainings, one a 5 week immersion. She has taken further education in yoga for therapeutics, yoga for pain, yoga for anxiety & health, kid’s yoga, and meditation. Focusing on aligning the body to bring peace to body, mind, and soul, Chelsea teaches in recovery centers for adults and youths, at a brain injury clinic, studio classes, and sports teams. Chelsea’s focus is on cultivating balance to bring about healing. Leading large community classes to small groups, to private one-on-one sessions, Chelsea is always working to help people on the mat in ways that extend off the mat. Spend some time with Chelsea to get closer to yourself.
